Rice Vada

 Ingredients:

Boiled Rice : 2 cups
Bengal gram flour (sanaga pindi): 9 tea spoons
Corn flour : 3-4 tea spoons
Onions : 2 (finely chopped)
Green chillies : 2 or 3 (finely chopped)
Bengal gram Dal (sanaga pappu) : 1 tea spoon
Jeera : 1 tea spoon
Coriander : Little (chopped)
Curry leaves : Few (chopped)
Salt : As per our taste
Oil : For deep frying

Procedure :

1. Take boiled rice into a wide bowl and smash it a little.

2. Now add Bangal gram, jeera, onion pieces, Green chilli pieces,
      coriander, curry leaves, salt and mix well.

3. Now add Bengal gram flour, corn flour and mix well.


5. Pour oil in a deep frying pan and heat it.

6. Make vada shape with above mixture and fry in oil.......Crispy Rice vada are ready to eat!!!!!
