Ingredients:
Potatoes : 4
Bread slices : 5
Rusk powder : 1/2 cup
Chilli powder : 3 tea spoons
Salt : As per our taste
Garam masala powder : 1/2 tea spoon
Coriander : Little (chopped)
Corn flour : 1/2 cup
Oil : For deep frying
Procedure:
1. Boil and smash potatoes.
2. To this add chillipowder, salt, garam masala powder, coriander and mix well.
3. Take the bread slices, dip them in a bowl of water, squeeze well between both palms and add to the
above potato paste one by one.
(Note : Just dip and take the bread slices immediatey out of water. Do not soak)
4. Now add rusk powder and mix well.
5. Now make cutlet shape as shown below:
6. Put a pan, pour oil and Heat the oil.
7. Dilute corn flour in 1 cup of water. Just dip the cutlets in diluted cornflour, roll them in Rusk powder
and deep fry the cutlets on medium flame.....Dats it.....Hot hot yummy cutlets are ready........Serve
with sauce........!!!!
(Note : If corn flour is not readily available, just roll the cutlets in wheat flour (godhuma pindi) and
fry).
