Aloo Stuffed Paratha

Ingredients:

Wheat flour : 2 cups
Fresh Curd : 2 tea spoons
Potatoes : 2
Onions : 1 finely chopped
Pudhina : Few leaves
Coriander : Little (chopped)
Jeera : 1/4 tea spoon
Garam masala powder : 1/4 tea spoon
Chilli powder : 3 tea spoons
Salt  As per our taste
Spring onions : For Garnishing
Oil : A small cup

Procedure :

Preparation of Dough:

Take wheat flour into a bowl, add fresh curd, 3 tea spoons of oil and mix with water. Leave it for an hour covering with a lid.


Preparation of Stuffing:

1. Boil and smash potatoes.

2. Add onion pieces, chopped pudhina leaves, chopped coriander, jeera, garam masala powder, chilli   powder, salt and mix well.

Making of Parathas:

1.From the above prepraed dough, make medium sized balls and spread into a thick layer using a chapathi roller.

2.Place the potato stuffing at the centre and cover it from all sides as shown below:








3. Now carefully spread the above stuffed ball into paratha as shown below:
    (Note : Do not apply more pressure while spreading, as the stuffing may come out)


4. Heat a frying pan, place the paratha on it, and fry on both sides by applying 1 tea spoon of oil on each
    side.

5. Garnish the parathas with greeny spring onions and serve with fresh curd. As per your taste you can add little onion pieces, salt and coriander in fresh curd and serve with delicious soft Parathas~~~~
